    Monopoly at McDonald’s is back and better than ever! Here’s how to play:

    • In-Store- Purchase a Game Piece and carefully peel each Game Stamp to determine if its an “Instant Win Game Stamp” or part of a potential Winning Combination (*see below). Pieces can be obtained through purchasing:
      • Medium and Large Fountain Drinks
      • Large Hot McCafe
      • Hash Browns
      • Angus Burger
      • 10- and 20-piece Chicken McNuggets
      • Large Fries
    • Online- Play the Online Game by visiting playatmcd.com and entering the unique Code found on each Game Stamp (*see below). You must have nternet access and a valid email address to participate in the Online Game.

    $1,000,000 Daily Dice Roll

    The NBC dice roll will occur every day of the promotion, from 10/6 – 11/2. There will be one (1) daily winner who lands on “Chance” upon entering their game code online. This person must immediately follow the instructions on-screen to claim their dice roll for the following night. This person will receive the results of a Monopoly random dice roll (the “$1 Million Monopoly Dice Roll”). The value of the prize will be determined by the outcome of a roll the following day. If the roll is two (2) sixes (6&6), the person will receive $1 Million, payable $50,000 a year for twenty (20) years; but if the random dice roll produces any other result, the winner will receive a check for $10,000. Potential Winner will be contacted by telephone and/or email and a traceable method of mail and will be required to complete and return all required documents in five (5) days or said potential winner will be disqualified, and forfeit the prize.

    In-Store Monopoly Game: 10/6/09 – 11/2/09

    • Instant Win Game- If a Game Stamp reveals an “Instant Win Game Stamp“, you are a potential winner of that prize, subject to verification of Game Stamp and  compliance Official Rules.
    • Collect and Win Game- If a Game Stamp reveals a MONOPOLY property, you can combine the physical Game Stamp with other physical Stamp(s) of the same property set to potentially form a Winning Combination.  To win a Collect & Win prize, a Participant must have ALL of the original Game Stamps that make up the Winning Combination. (These are NOT the same as properties gained by entering codes into the online game!!!)

    Online Monopoly Game: 10/6/09 – 11/16/09

    Each Game Stamp contains a unique Code and is valid for one (1) play in the Online Game at PlayatMcD.com. Once registered, you have access to a virtual MONOPOLY Game Board where you can select a token and roll the virtual dice to move to a board space. You now have the chance to land on an Instant Win Game space, or collect all of the properties necessary to complete an Online Winning Combination. To play Online you must have a valid Code and a valid email address. There are two (2) ways to access the Online Game: directly access PlayatMcD.com or use a text-capable mobile phone.

    • Online Collect & Win - When you roll the dice, the Game token moves on the virtual Game Board, and the roll will be stored in “My Account”. If you collect all of the properties required for an Online Winning Combination, a message will announce that you are a potential winner and an email will be sent with redemption instructions to claim the prize. You can also click on “Claim Prize Now” contained in the announcement message. *In-Store Game Collect & Win Game Stamps cannot be combined with Online Game MONOPOLY properties and vice versa.
    • Online Instant Win - GO, Community Chest, Chance and Free Parking: If your Game token moves to GO, Community Chest, Chance or Free Parking, a message will announce that you are a potential winner of the prize shown and an email will be sent with redemption instructions to claim the prize.
    • $100,000 Online Jackpot Sweepstakes - Each valid Game Stamp Code entry (limit ten per day through November 16, 2009) will earn you one entry for the chance to win $100,000. FREE Codes are not eligible. On or about November 17, 2009, one winner will be randomly selected to receive the $100,000 prize.

    In-Store Instant Win Prizes:

    Food Prizes- Medium French Fries, any Large Beef Sandwich, any Breakfast Extra Value Meal, Small McFlurry or Fruit ‘N Yogurt Parfait, Small Soft Drink or Small Hot Premium Roast Coffee (excluding McCafe), and any Breakfast Sandwich. The odds of winning a Food Prize over the course of the Game are approx. 1 in 6. Food prizes are redeemable through November 17, 2009, one per person per visit.

    Fifty Dollars ($50)- Five thousand (5,000) prizes are available. Each winner will receive a check in the amount of fifty dollars ($50). Odds of winning approx. 1 in 109,000.

    Fifty Dollar Arch Card® ($50)- Two Hundred Fifty (250) prizes are available. Each winner will receive an Arch Card in the amount of fifty dollars ($50). Odds of winning approx. 1 in 1,951,000.

    Xbox 360® Arcade Entertainment System- Three Thousand (3,000) prizes are available on Large Fries and Angus Burger only. Each winner will receive an Xbox 360 Arcade Entertainment System prize which includes Xbox 360 Console and wireless controller. Odds of winning approx. 1 in 24,000.

    Five Hundred Dollar Shell Gift Card ($500)- One Hundred (100) prizes are available. Each winner will receive a five hundred dollar $500 Shell Gift Card that can be used only for purchases of goods and services at Shell locations in the U.S. and the card is not redeemable for cash. No expiration date. Prize may be awarded as a five hundred dollar $500 pre-paid MasterCard in NJ, VA and where Shell fuel and products are not available. Odds of winning approx. 1 in 4,878,000.

    Chance- Twenty-Eight (28) prizes are available. Only one (1) Participant will land on Chance per Day October 6, 2009 to November 2, 2009. Each winner will receive as a prize the results of a Monopoly random dice roll that will take place on the following Day. For example, the roll for the Participant who landed on Chance in the Online Game on October 6th will take place on October 7th. The rolls will be conducted by use of a MONOPOLY dice rolling machine onto a MONOPOLY board, conducted under the supervision of an independent auditor. The value of the prize will be determined by the outcome of the roll. If the roll is two (2) sixes (6&6), the person who won the results of the roll will receive $1 Million, payable fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) a year for twenty (20) years without interest; but if the random dice roll produces any other result, the winner will receive a check for ten thousand dollars ($10,000).

    $100,000 Online Jackpot Sweepstakes- One (1) prize is available. One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on/or about November 17, 2009 to receive a check for one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000).

    Online Property Collect & Win Prizes:
